BEE : Jersey or Skywalker?

Hi there,

Worked a BEE flight today that used, for the first time ever the RTF callsign of "Skywalker".

We, along with most of the crews seem to still use "Jersey".

So please - can anyone tell me - "Jersey" or "Skywalker"?
