"cruise captain" - Full TR ? Logging time ?

Hi,
I see some agencies are advertising for the above on the new shiny megajet.
Can someone enlighten me as to whether this job gains you a full TR and what do you actually log time as ? P1s ? P1 until the operating captain returns ?
