Nav aid setting - PF or PNF?

Hi, anyone flying in multicrew ops, can you please help:

Does your SOP have the PF or PNF setting the navigation aids?

Please if possible, just an answer with option and type, eg:

B737, PF, all phases

OR

F406, PNF critical phases, PF non critical and cruise

And any comment you might have on the merits of why it is that way or if you'd prefer it another way.

Thanks very much for the help, it's for a presentation on SOP concepts.
