Pilot awards
 

Hi all
I am thinking about campaigning for pilots and cabin crew to be rewarded when they save lives and the reputation of the airline and the plane makers in an ermergancy situation using their knowlage of the aircraft.
I am sure many of you know some pilots are asked to leave the airline after an incedent. I belive they should be awarded a medal or be honored.
What do you think, am i waisting my time?
