Which Licence & Where ?

[B]I am from Bangladesh.
I really :confused: that which Licence {FAA or JAA}will best for my career ?
Which country will provide best Training for that XXX licence ?
Is it really tough to get a job as a Other country's (BD) citizen?
Please inform me as early as possible......
