How a go-around is done?
So if you would decide to go around at minimums, or even before that if you were not fully stable and configured, setting the thrust levers to TOGA will automatically engage the missed approach phase, is this correct?
Follow the FD, or keep auto pilot on, and then clean aircraft as normal would be done? Positive rate - gears up, and then clean flaps on speed? If going to shoot another approach, how exactly do you arm the approach phase on the MCDU again? Or if you decide to go to your alternate, is this part of secondary flight plan? Also, if you encounter windshear and that was the cause of missed approach, the difference is that here you would not retract gears? Not sure how the missed approach with wind shear works, could someone explain please? Thanks! |
Im not a bus pilot but you do ask a lot of questions that could be answered by reading the FCOM or FCTM
Airbus I think this will help you. |
I would suggest this isn't a "technical question" and you are not a professional pilot. You might therefore get more response if posted in the spotters corner.
I don't understand where this sudden influx of newbies have come from who want to run before they can walk. |
