Can anyone tell me what the name of the airport/ICAO code is on the Cook Islands?

While we're on the subject, where is Bochum in Germany ?? We've had many quotes for there but can't find it. I know the IATA code is QBO, that doesn't help, our system still can't find it. Anyone know what the ICAO code is ? Is it a new airport ?
