For about £50 you could go along to a sponsership go for one that use the morsby profile, I does give a good report pack back, And it enters you into the lottery aswell. It's probably cheaper privatly, but finding someone etc could be a hastle, GAPAN also offer what they feel a more Pilot specific battery of tests, I think its about £100.

Get in touch with Cabair as they do 'assessment days' for prospective pilots to see if they have "what it takes".
Don't know how much though...

An inexpensive and quick way to find out is to initiate an Internet search "psychometric tests"

You will see many examples and a number of online tests that are near versions of better kmown tests such as Myers Briggs.

The Kearsey test (I think the spelling is right) gives an instant and reasonably accurate assessment

Good luck
