CatIII Ops

Hypothetical scenario:
A320 on the ILS (CATTIII DUAL) and suffer an engine failure or system reverts to CATIII Sıngle below 1000' AGL but above Alert Height. Go around is initiated and a second approach is conducted.
Q. would the second approach :
1.revert to a category with a higher minima i.e catII:rolleyes:
2. or would it be legal to conducted the approach ( single engine config) CATIII minima and land.:hmm:

reading the a few articles from airbus and JAR-AWO there doesn’t seem to be any direct answer from my understanding of the documents. everything is a shade of gray.
Speaking to other people flying the machine (A320) provides as many gray and varied answers... some say full auto CATIII (CAT3 single) landing is legal but i cannot located a clear direct answer???:ugh::ugh::ugh:

anyone can shed some light on the issue??????

CAT III Single landing is legal, just do what it says on the FMA.

FCOM 3.01.22

Read the section on 'Automatic Approach, Landing and Rollout'

Single engine autoland is approved in CATIII Dual, CATII Single and CATII.
