Phenom 100 (EMB-500) single pilot operation

Hi,

I'm going to be ferrying a Phenom 100 (EMB-500) from Brazil to Europe, and I'd like to know if anybody can help me with information regarding JAR requirements for a crew to ferry and airplane to Europe. The PIC is type rated (FAA) and I will be very shortly type rated as a SIC. The airplane is single pilot certified in the US. Is there any requirements for the crew for us to ferry that airplane to Europe ? Thanks for any info, website link etc...
