Flight Plan Question

I'm hoping someone can help me with this as I have never seen this before and it is not on any of my maps or charts. Here's the flight plan:

KSEA DCT FLAAK J505 YXC J500 VLR J543 YHD J576 YXZ J596 YYB MTT125 YQB J560 YRI J568 YGP J572 YJT J581 YQX NATT BURAK UL9 DIKAS UL18 BASET UL9 KENET STAR EGLL

The bit that I am referring to is MTT125 to Quebec. It's not an airway so is this a fancy way of saying direct?

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers!

Occasionally, this would indicate the specified VOR radial from the station...to the next.
Common practise, years ago.

Mean True Track from the YYB VOR?

Thanks, lads. I think that is correct, as you both say. I appreciate your help.

Actually when I saw that I thought immediately of Minimum Time Track, as the name implies, the quickest route from A to B timewise (taking into account winds etc), and not always a straight line! Not a term I see used much though.

I've never seen it expressed on a flight plan, but it may well be, as you say, a "fancy way of saying direct", taking winds into account.

EDIT: just googled this up - nice and succinct - "In air navigation, route which yields the least travel time between two points, for the expected weather conditions."

I appreciate your input, silversaab. It certainly would be the quickest way to that VOR as the upper airway from YYB is quite a roundabout way of taking one to YQB.

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know why the Common NARS are not plotted on the Jepp maps? They are listed on the NATS under their respective track of the day and it would be helpful to see them plotted for planning purposes.

Cheers,
