JAA member but no JAR-FCL?
Hi there
Can anyone explain to me how a country -Hungary- can be a JAA member state, but the licences issued by this JAA state are not JAR-FCL? Does this mean the other JAA states do not recognise the Hungarian ATPL? And that with a Hungarian ATPL you are only allowed to fly Hungarian registered aircraft? Also: is there any way to find out if the Hungarian ATPL might become a JAR-FCL ATPL? And when, where to find this info? Thanks |
Confusing for all?
