Oh my...... I'm sure this form is posed as a final test to those who want their ATPL

and i must say so far i'm failing miserably. The general guidance is no help.

So it is the flying experience tables i'm trying to make sense of, athough its probably as easy as it kind of looks

The hours claimed on course section.........from the CPL etc course years back?

also is it me or is there a PIC/us section missing from night flying.
also it doesnt seem to take into account actual IFR IMC hours, only under instruction

It is missing because you can only use P1 hours for the 100 night requirement.

Have you tired reading LASORS? It makes it a lot clearer, although I have to say I didn't find the form difficult.

Lasors 2008 section G1.2 (e) states

e. 100 hours Night flight as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or
as Co-Pilot (PIC/US or P2)
