EU-OPS - Where are the NPA's!!
 

Does anybody kow where one can find the JAR-OPS NPA's that are to be included into EU-OPS.

EU-OPS is to contain 7 NPA's that have not made it into JAR-OPS yet these are NPA-OPS 39B, 41, 45, 52, 40A, 53 and 57A. However since the Comment response time has closed on all of these they are no longer available on the JAA website. The EASA website doesn't contain them either.

Does anybody know where (apart from IHS, which will demand a fee) these may be downloaded from? I have so far had no luck with the internet - but before I go to the CAA (Who I think sould be obliged to provide these for free) Anybody got any ideas?

You can't even get it from IHS. Have to look for an old copy on the web - somewhere.

NPA OPS-41, 45, 52, 53 & 57A are available on IHS, where 39B & 40A is a mystery.
