Holding Speeds!

Hi all,

I am looking for Holding Speeds at different FLs (altitudes) in ICAO/JAR?

Thanks!

Holding Speeds

- Holding speeds below FL140 - 230
- Holding speed between FL140 and FL200 - 240
- Holding speeds between FL200 and FL340 - 265
- Holding speeds above FL340 - Mach 0.83

Speeds are, ICAO standard, in KCAS and are the speeds used to define the holding area. Speeds used by individual aircraft may vary between types.

Curiously, I just Googled "holding speeds" and came up with at least 10 pages of hits. On the very first page, there was even a reference to it from the PPRuNe Forum.
