Landing at Luton

Having read the lengthy debate about landing distances and autobrakes on the Midway thread I just wondered if any easyjet pilots could tell me for a typical landing weight what Autobrake setting is used at Luton on 26 in order to allow the plane to stop by the taxiway turn off (about 1500ft from the 08 end)?

Also if autobrakes were selected to Max how much quicker could the plane be brought to a halt?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Autobrake Max on the A319 is only used to stop the aircraft during a rejected take-off. If you used it for landing you would have alot of foreheads smashing into the seatbacks in front.

Try Autobrake 3 for normal 737 operations, 2 in daylight and dry conditions, be prepared to over-ride the autobrakes at latter stages to ensure vacating at exit, depending on your flare distance

Luton

Operated the 320 there, didn't use auto brake unless the field was wet, no problems.

A bit of "first brickin" , firm touchdown, heavy manual braking asisted by moderate to strong use of thrust reversers does the job pretty well. (NG with carbon brakes)
