Pitch Power 737NG in pattern

Hey guys!

can somebody please give me some good pitch power values for normal sinkrates in a visual pattern?

Shore, want em in pouns or tonns?

Bout 750 ft/min and 55% N1 will do the job with final
flap-setting, adjust from there.
