Min hours for VFR Public Transport

Can anyone confirm the minimum hours to operate Public Transport under VFR only. I believe it is 400hours total time but need clarification. If you have the reference to where I can find it in JAR FCL that would be great.

You may find it in the OPS, not FCL.
500 hrs TT if not the holder of a current I/R for VFR flights of more than 50NM, with single-engine aircraft.

700 hrs TT, including at least 400 hrs PIC (or 800 SIC in a multi-crew environment), for multi-engine IFR flights.
