Changing to JAR License

A quick question - I need to get a JAR ATPL ASAP as opposed to my present UK ATPL. The CAA won't answer the telephone.

Can you get the JAR version issued while you wait at LGW, how much will it cost - any special requiremenst etc?

Thanking you
