Russian Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP)
This probably isn't the right section but I couldn't find an appropriate section in the PPRuNe Worldwide section for Russia, but it is technical sort of.......
Does anyone know how one can download the Russian Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) as one big PDF? I see how one can access it page by page online, but I'm not seeing how I can download it as one big PDF?

I emailed the Russians and they actually answered. They said it's page-by-page only. No one, giant PDF : (
