Question Admin program for light plane ops

I work for a light plane charter company and we need a tracking program for our Admin department... something that will track pilot duty time, aircraft documents and rostering. What does anyone else out there use? We are in a muddle with various programs that each does one part of the process but haven’t found anything simple enough for small plane ops that does it all... help and suggestions would be great.

I've used Airops, Fl3xx and Leon extensively, Fl3xx was the most user friendly but didn't have the customisation features of Leon.. kind of a Apple VS Android scenario

For biz ops I would suggest Fl3xx - Quoting, Dispatch, Rostering etc all in one platform that ensures consistant workflow form your ops team once its set up.

interesting to hear your experience of FL3XX. That looked very interesting, coupled to something like TailLog. Did you ever recover fully from your time using AirOps???

"Did you ever recover fully from your time using AirOps???" - Haha, I don't think I ever will! It wasn't necessarily bad, but it was built on old code which meant it wasn't millennial friendly...

TailLog isn't necessary with Fl3xx, they have a crew app to include post flight etc - it literally is the full suite...very impressive bit of kit and getting better, similar to Monzo.

Currently using Leon as it provides the flexibility we need, I do miss the 'it just works' bit of Fl3xx though.

journeyman - are you with a biz operator now?
