Indigo airlines
Hi all. Anyone else fail to get reimbursed for medical tests required by Indigo airlines. I had a 15 June contract start date but I am unable to continue with their constantly changing bureaucratic requirements. I have written to both Indigo and their representative From Flight Crews International. I don’t know what I can do next. any suggestions. Thanks.

Just forget it, they play dirt as all Indian companies. At the beginning they play nice and helpful but once you sign the contract you are on your own.
They fired all expats at once promising fulfil all contract clauses but next thing they reduced the 3 months of salary by 15% and also discounted 4.5 day as Unpaid leave but at this point we were dismissed already, the 3 months were to be paid as a penalty.
During the lockdown they left all Expats on their own, little to none help.
Poor communication, arrogance from HR and Management.
Once they restart hiring I am planning to stay as far as possible from there, the most bearocratic and chaotic place you can imagine.
