90 Day Flying rule confusion 😖

Hello,

I am so confused over the 90 day 3 takeoff/3 landing rule. Below are dates I have, can anyone tell me when will I go out of expiry and why???

16th June - 1 TO / 1 LDG
17th June - 1 TO / 1 LDG
22nd June - 1 TO / 1 LDG
23rd June - 1 TO / 1 LDG
24th June - 1 TO / 1 LDG
08th Aug - 1 TO/1 LDG

Does the 90 day rule start from the 24th June meaning I have till the 23rd September?

is the 90day rule only a requirement for carrying passengers? If single pilot, does this restriction still apply??

any info will be much appreciated.

Count back 90 days from the date you wish to fly. Have you done 3 take-offs and 3 full stop landing during that period? If the answer is yes then you can carry passengers. If the answer is no then you have to rectify the shortfall either by solo flight or with an instructer.

The 90 day rule is only for carrying passengers. Which you can only do once you have a licence.

Jimbo3840 : When you post a query and then get an answer it is only polite to acknowledge it!

no, it starts from 23rd of June as that gives you three TO/LDGs. If you do another single flight it will go from 24th and if you did a touch and go it would go from 8th August as you would have one TO/LDG on the 8th and two from your latest flight, if you want to stay as in check as possible do two touch and goes and that will keep you legal for 90 days from the date of that flight. So you were out of check for passengers after 19th September if you did not fly that day (31 days in both July and August) and after 20th September would need to do 2 TO/LDGs before flying with pax as the flight on 24th is then also outside the 90 days.

Just to clarify, do the three landings have to be full stop, or does a touch and go count as a landing as long as the wheels actually touch the runway?
