Grrr RNP 10 requirement

Hello everyone. This question is regarding requirement of GPS to fly RNP 10. Would like to know if any one can further explain this. Need some help.. thank you.

1 GPS : Required for flight outside radio navaid coverage, if not, 6.2h IRS ground alignment or 5.7h last FM radio update

You can comply with RNP10, as long as you have GPS PRIMARY, or IRS navigation for not longer than the duration stated.
Otherwise the IRS drift could be too large.
