Norweigan 787 Grounded in FLA

Norwegian Air Shuttle Boeing 787 Dreamliner grounded in Florida

What is with the RAT deployment??? Is it electrical only on the 787 or does it provide hydraulics?

EDIT: From reading here, the 787 has undergone a hydraulic pump re-design due to reliability issues.

On the 787-8 the RAT supplies electrics and hydraulic pressure (5000psi) to the Primary Flight Controls on the Centre system.
