Rvr requirements , if rwy has 4 rvr's

Good morning,

Consider rwy 8r in munich, eddm.
That rwy has 4 rvr's transmissometers.
Questions:
A- will all 4 values be reported?

B- how are these 4 rvr stations called? We all know TD, MID, Rollout, but the 4th?

C- If all 4 values are reported, will all be controlling, or just the ones that would penetrate your landing distance requirements?

D- what about on a take-off? All controlling, or just the rvr's that fall within your Accelerate/ Stop distance requirements?

How about BRA reports?

Any EU-OPS references?
