What is upper limit (in meters or feet) of displacement of threshold?

Maximum displacement:
When you convert the runway into a helipad

Seriously, I know of a runway where one end is displaced by 551m and the other end is displaced by 426m

If you mean for a temporary displaced threshold then for a non ILS approach it's 3500ft (1067m). Any greater than that and we require specific tailored charts. As for a normal displaced threshold I'm not aware of any limits.

I know of one in UK with 540m and 640m permanent displacements at either end. Not sure if there is a maximum. Presumably as long as the lighting/markings meet the requirements for the landing threshold position then there is no maximum length.

The new runway in Delhi (29) has the longest permanent displaced threshold I know of at 1460m.
