Next country(s) to join JAA/EASA

What will be the next country(s) to implement JAR FCL.
Any rumours?

All EU States are "members" of EASA. So unless the EU has plans to expand I would say no!

Off the top of my head, I can think of 3 countries not in the EU that have mutual recognition...
