Operator's Conversion Course

I am looking for some information about the contents of an Operator's Conversion Course (JAR-compliant). Does anybody has some feedback or information about this.

In general my idea's are 2 or 3 day groundschool (CRM, bookworks), 3 simsessions (including profcheck) and 2 weeks routeinstruction.

Is this in general the idea?

Thanks in advance.
