Yes they do.
The overhead panel remains the same (No big deal, work well lasts a long time) but the flight displays and maps fmcs and all flying and navigation functions are either in the 777 variety (as they are at American Airlines) or laid out on the CRTs in a method that mimicks the older 737 type for commonality(as they are for Southwest Airlines), Incidentally, they can be changed back and forth (I think, but certainly not by the flight crew)
