Wx - USA TAF decode

Anyone know what the code SM in the USA TAFs and Metars means? It appears between wind and cloud, with prefixes eg 2SM; P6SM etc.

....05013G22KT P6SM SCT025.......

Thanks, in anticipation

SM = Statute Miles
P = Plus
P6SM = Vis better than 6 miles

TF: Not telling you to suck eggs but I dont know you experience level:

6 Stat Miles is v. close to 10km - therefore,
P6SM on a US TAF is equiv to 9999 on a UK TAF

Another difference you see on Russian/China TAFs is: 070/4MS

Wind 070 @ 4 Metres per Second. (Top tip; multiply it by 2...eg: 4MS = 8kts approx)
