Touring east coast

Has anybody toured the eastern coast of the USA recently ? If so any recommendations of places to stop off at would be most appreciated.

I'm planning on going to the Florida in August to hour build about 70hrs and fancy New York but where else is intersting enough to warrant a stop.

I'm planning on using Debenair in Titusville is it as quiet as people say ??

I'm open to suggestions and haven't flown in the US before.

Cheers guys !!

Have you considered flying east 2 west and back?? this would certainly be a good trip especially if you have 70 hrs to burn.

So many to choose

There are many places to visit on the East Coast. From Washington DC - Kitty Hawk - Boston. I am hoping to fly around the US next year and I have ticked pretty much all the main cities on the east coast.

How many times you want to fly up and back? FL to NY is about 10-15 hours at the very most, depending on the plane... I'd second to go west, far more interesting. Plus you can cross the rockies, always a great adventure.

hth,

sun'n fun
