Naples Air Center Pro Courses

What's the difference between Naples' Pro courses??...

Pro Course 1
Private, Instrument, Commercial, CFI, CFII & MEI - $22,670.00

Pro Course 2
Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi engine rating, CFI, CFII & MEI - $26,750.00

I don't see the difference between the two programs, except the price! Also that one has ME rating - but surely you need a ME rating before the MEI rating!!
