C172 for $50 an hour?

Heard a rumour that there is somewhere in the US where you can get Cessna 172 block time for $50 an hour. Has anyone any info?

You can get such a price, or at least something close from most school/clubs-
IF-you buy 100hrs. or more....

Send some mails-ask around.

Cheers :DDT :D

Good deal, if it's true, and the planes don't brake apart when you touch them with the little finger

Try Suncoast flying services in Clearwater, Florida. I think they charge $46 an hour for a 152 and $64 for a 172. Those prices are wet, with no landing fees either. Great bunch of guys too. Try and find their website, it will reveal all.

Good Luck :)
