How do you raise the cash?
 

To help a close relation train to ATPL, I went to one of the outfits that offers cash release from my house. They gave me £50k and will get it back when I keel over. Meanwhile, I pay nothing and can't be thrown out. Problem is for the now ATPL'd pilot who at the reading of my will, discovers that £50k has disapeared somewhere. Meanwhile he's happy (got a job in less than a week).
