15->25 countries: Future in the EU skies?

North to south, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Cyprus and Malta joining the EU.

I have no idea what the employment rates are in these countries. Will this open new opportunities for all EU pilots or just make it even harder to find a job and have a career as a pilot?

How will this change the market for pilots looking for jobs?
