Help please somebody

I'm trying to get my head round the JAR GPWS, TCAS etc requirements. Seems to me that if you have an aircraft weighing 5700kg first registered on a wednesday by a man named brian who's first born had more than nine seats and who's wife is turbine powered you might need a gpws if you're intending to sleep at night

Has anybody managed to condense this into something understandable, or have a good idea what the JAR questions are likely to be
