BMC Interview

Can anyone tell me what to expect for the British Midland Commuter interview (EMB-145) and the subsequent sim assessment?

Thank you to all those splendid people that take the time to help me out!
:)

Don't know much about the interviews, I only work for them. But if you pass the interview, they will send out a brief on the sim assesment which is carried out by bmi British Midland on the 73 sim at Stockley(LHR).

If you want further details about the Company please feel free to email me.

From the chief pilot at BMC and I quote,

"...we are not looking at CV's with less than 1000 hrs."

Which just about tallies with the DEP's coming into the company at the moment.

Got an interview too. Pal of mine went last time and said the questions were uncomfortably technical. However, they were based mainly on the a/c he had been previously flying, so I guess he only had himself to shoot after the grilling!! I would be grateful for any extra info anybody else might have.
