BA Recruitment For The Future.....
 

Hi all,

I'm interested to hear on what many of you think about the future of the BA sponsored cadet and the direct entry pilot schemes.

I understand that things are improving quicker than expected, but what what would be timescales involved? A forecast of the BA pilot job market would be interesting if any of you have an idea of the direction it will take.

Can an answer be formulated or is it to early to tell?

Heard from my source at the Compass Centre that the cadet scheme will be up and running again....exactly when is more difficult, but Spring 2003 is apparantly fairly realistic. Remember there is 120 BA cadets awaiting a conversion course or in training.

Hopefully, after February things may become a little clearer <img src="confused.gif" border="0">
