Dutch License Conversion

Would anybody know the best way to go about converting an ICAO ATPL (Australian) license to either a Dutch national or a JAA license in Holland. I can't even find the name of the Dutch aviation regulator (NLA I think?).
Also, does anybody know what the prospects of work are like in Holland for a non-Dutch speaking pilot?
Do Dutch companies prefer a JAA or a national license????

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
