Ctc How Does It Work?

Can anyone help?

Lets say if CTC take you on and start you on a type rating bonding you for £20000 for the initial six month period, are you then bonded to the respective airline that takes you on?
If so, why?
Doesn't that mean you will be bonded twice?
Are you theoretically paying for your own type rating in the initial 6 month period?
Also, how do CTC make money by doing this?

Any information would be appreciated before I commit myself to the sponsorship.:eek:

Go back and read the relevant pages on their website again - print them out if you're having difficulty understanding it. The schemes are fully and clearly explained, at least to my eyes!
