I recommend reading the comment on the first page and the article on page 11 about Ryanair, Easyjet and the projected pilot shortage.Makes for very interesting reading for all wannabees out there.

The interesting thing is that according to pilot associations/unions that were interviewed by Flight International, the main problem that airlines like easyjet are facing is down to not enough investment being made by airlines in recruiting 'ab-initio' pilots!!!
