I have spoken to the hotel, and it seems they run a courtesy bus from LGW to the Hotel itself, so I'll probably just go for that.

Looking forward to putting some pseudonyms to faces on the day.

Mach can u post details of where to get this bus. I was just going to go to Horley and then get a cab.

Living in South East London it is easy enough to get there I hope lol means leaving home at 7am but all good fun really. Just wondering which way be cheaper and less expensive. Drinks to buy and all that <g>

'Follow the signs from within the Airport to the courtesy phone (which I think she said was blue!).' They will send their driver right away.

The hotel is 2miles away in the courtesy bus from the Airport.

FOR YOUR INFO - JUST ABOUT THE CHEAPEST TAXI'S IN THE AREA ARE 'ROADRUNNERS' THAT OPERATE OUT OF HORLEY TOWN CENTRE.

IF YOU ARRIVE AT HORLEY RAIL STN AND TURN LEFT ON THE WAY OUT YOUR'LL FIND THEM ABOUT 150M DOWN OPPOSITE THE VIRGIN FLIGHT CENTRE.

OTHERWISE TEL 01293 821 100 TO GET PICKED UP.

THEY NORMALLY CHARGE ABOUT £1.00 PER MILE + A POUND.....ALOT CHEAPER THAN THE CABS OUT OF GATWICK ITSELF.

I too have just called the hotel and the VERY :) friendly lady, Charntel, said that at the LGW South terminal there is a hotel courtesy bus area, with a blue phone.

The number for the hotel is on the board by it - and the courtesy bus will be dispatched straight away! Easy!

I'm not at the seminars, but look forward to meeting everyone at the bash!
