BA stage 2 memo topic

Can anyone tell me what the EXACT memo subject currently is please.

I am after the DEP memo, just in case their is a difference between CEP and DEP subjects.

Yes. You are given 35 minutes to answer a written two part question as follows: a) as a pilot, what suggestions can you make to reduce costs, and b) how can you influence customer perception?
This is not word for word, but pretty close. For interest, I have heard that not too much store is placed on this exercise by the selectors. Better to get the group discussion right in the afternoon of day two....... Good luck.

Do you not mean the group lego, as opposed to the group discussion? If not any idea what the discussion topic is ?
