Russian in EU airliners

Im 18, and really encouraged in becoming pilot. I was looking for the best place to study, and decided that EU is the best one, but i forgot about one of the main problems - my passport. As you know, russia is most sanctioned country, and most of this sanctions are from EU. I DONT want to work in Russia (due to multiple reasons, mainly is not recognizable licenses), and wanna settle somewhere in east europe like hungary/bulgaria, to then get their passport. I know that you can study in EU Flight school ONLY if you wont in future work for Russia (not a problem for me at all), but i didnt found anything about work restriction for us. I also heard that its hard to find work for Non-EU, but i think its even harder for Russian. What do i do? I really thought i could get blue card (to get same work rights as EU members), but i dont think this is how it works. Im completing IB Diploma (not russian) and dont think there gonna be any problems with my education. Im also thinking about Indonesia (cuz im living here for 1 year), but again, i dont have their passport. Any suggestions?
