Air Arabia Academy

Hi all,

Does anyone here have experience with Air Arabia’s Academy or know how the cadet program works?

What’s the selection process like?
Do they offer any job guarantees after graduation?

Any feedback would really help — I’m trying to decide if I should apply. Appreciate any info you can share!

Hey there!
I dont have real experience with the airline but i have researched a lot and dm'ed them and gotten a reply. The selection process, after submitting their desired documents like your high school diploma or your college/university certificate. They first take an interview online to check you and after you pass that, you are supposed to go to the UAE
