Pre PPL

Hi all,

I’ve been reading the forums for a little while but not posted yet.

I’m going to be beginning my PPL in the next few months with a view to complete fast track training with Aeros if I enjoy it and wondering if there’s any books I can read, videos I can watch etc. To get prepared for my studies?

TIA

How about this one?

MIT PPL ground course.

I would recommend Padpilot and BGS books for PPL.

Thank you! Assumingly, this is still relevant for the UK? Not sure what the differences are if any between the UK and US PPL

Try this EASA Private Pilot Studies

Good for just about anywhere else

Would you recommend this over Pooleys?

Yes..... it's all in one book for one thing

Easy PPL is what I am using with Pooleys books.

I read Pooley's twice and then do the Easy PPL twice. Then just do the tests until I get 10 passes in a row.

Easy PPL is £250 and the books about £100.

I doubt it's the FAA, they don't issue PPLs.
