a brief summary from my 18 months at Cranfield:

Milton Keynes: Cinema / bowling / a few restaurants & bars. The majority of our course nights out ended up in 'Empire' nightclub - v. cheesy but good fun.

Bedford: more traditional pubs than MK but can get a bit rough - definitely best to keep a low profile with the locals.

Some of the village pubs around Cranfield are not bad for a quiet pint or some pub grub - try the 'Cock' in nearby Crawley for a good feed.

well as we are all going to be in the same boat, i thought i might try and find out who people are before we get down there.
r we stil doing that weekend away? there was some talk of binning it.

So how far are you through the course now?

just got off the phone to cabair, and it seems as though the weekend has been cancelled. (aaaahhhhhhhh)

did they say why? i was actually quite looking forward to it.

dunno tim just told me that the course started the monday, and not the friday as planned
