Failed One EXAM.. Employement?

Hi everyone!!

I have a question regarding employement… I have failed OPS…. Does this play a role when looking for a job? I have done the EASA exams…

You’re fine. Most want no more than three fails so you’ve got a couple in hand. Just keep an eye on the number of sittings used and timeline. And don’t fail ops again.

Don't dwell on it. Pick yourself up and carry on!

I failed 4. Not proud of it but it's a big learning curve and it made me appreciate every little success since.

I finished Flight Training in July and now I'm mid Airbus Type Rating.

Keep fighting!
