I'm not sure where you're based, but if you're in the UK, both The Wings Alliance and The Honourable Company of Air Pilots offer impartial aptitude testing.

Hi there,

Do google the Honourable Company of Air Pilots. A fantastic organisation who run pilot career aptitude tests at their HQ in London (near London Bridge). Tests currently being held on select dates all year round. Run by current and former professional pilots who offer career advice afterwards and any questions you may have.
